If you would like to become a patient of Dr. Conner, at Aroostook Wellness, yet already have a primary care physician, you will need to sign a release with your current physician. You will also have to have your medical records released/forwarded to Dr. Conner's office for "review" to be considered as a new patient. If you are accepted as a new patient, you will be contacted, provided you have submitted a contact number, to set up an initial appointment.
